We're numbers people. We're technology people. And we're real estate people.
eRealInvestor has been developed by real estate Investors for real estate Investors and their Professional Advisors. Over the years, we have developed and modified hundreds of spreadsheets while analyzing condominiums, single-family homes, and multi-unit properties around the country. We have found the process tedious and time-consuming.
As we watched the latest Web technologies evolve to produce compelling "desktop-like" user experiences, we realized we could apply these same frameworks to our challenges in the real estate investing process.
We have developed the patent-pending eRealAnalyzer to combine the latest Web technologies with our domain experience in real estate. Whether you are a first-time buyer, or a savvy investor with your own spreadsheets, we believe our solutions can simplify your experience and make it more enjoyable.
As active Investors, we have several friends who are Realtors and Mortgage Brokers around the country. Many of them do not particularly enjoy creating pro formas and sending them to their clients cross-country. We have designed eRealInvestor to simplify and enhance their processes as well.
Our MissioneRealInvestor's mission is to enable the best online experience for financially-driven real estate search and analysis.
